Camps

At Coach Kent’s Multi-Sport Camps, we emphasize individual skills, basic fundamentals and techniques, team-play, overall fitness and well-being. Our approach to coaching and instruction focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, self-confidence, and athletic improvement. We challenge campers to maximize their athletic potential while encouraging them to go above and beyond their “comfort” level.

This camp is designed for boys and girls ages 8-12, and features a dynamic week of physical activity and recreation while giving campers a brief “taste” of several different sports and recreational games. Our camp provides a valuable opportunity for your athlete to experience a variety of sports with an emphasis on fun competition.

Activities will include both traditional sports like soccer, baseball, lacrosse and basketball and non-traditional sports such as capture the flag and ultimate frisbee.

SportZone Camp is our popular Parent’s Night Out event turned into daytime fun! Kids play a variety of FUN, interactive, group games; such as Yeah Baby, Battleship, 21 and more.

2013 Summer Dates:
June 10th – 14th | Multi-Sport Camp
June 17th – 21st | SportZone Camp
June 24th – 28th | Mulit-Sport Camp

Sample Multi-Sport Schedule
9:00-9:30         Warm-up (speed and agility)
9:30-10:00       Skills and Drill for the first sport
10:00-10:45     Competitive Games for the first sport
10:45-11:15       Skills and Drills for the Second Sport
11:15-12:00      Competitive Games for the second sport

Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm (Early morning care and after care are available)
